Christiana Marcia Houston is an Account Executive and an On-Air Personality with Mississippi’s premier group of radio stations - ICBC Radio Group. As the voice of 99Jams WJMI’s news and info-tainment, her distinct twist to Hip-Hop news and entertainment has made her a household name while keeping her listener informed, entertained and wanting more. She has hosted or co-hosted events such as “The Jackson State Football Coach’s Show,” “The Battle of the Bands,” Ebony Expo Talent Search and a presenter at the Jackson Music Awards. The Meridian, MS native is a graduate of Jackson State University and a strong supporter of local community activities in her hometown.

Her commitment to touching the hearts and minds of youth is evident by her tireless efforts and personal dedication to their success. As a member of Anderson United Methodist Church, she is the chair of the Singles Ministry, on the Pastor’s Administrative Counsel, and a Vacation Bible School teacher for the youth. Because of the United Methodist Church, Christiana was allowed to start her college career at Rust College in Hollysprings, MS.

Christiana is extraordinarily enthusiastic about the broadcast industry and her eagerness to further her journalism career is overwhelming. It was her dream to begin her career at a top-notch station, such as WJMI, so that she could continue to develop her skills while being an important part of an organization that makes a profound difference in the community.
