Today is a day that we should do something for someone else so, I’m thinking one of the simplest things you could do that wouldn’t cost you not one red cent. Make someone smile today it’s going to do wonders for you and the person you make smile. Let’s face it, we could all do better with smiling a little more often from time to time couldn’t we? Or at the very least, sharing more of our happier moments with others who might be having a bad day. Here are some simple ways to make someone smile, hold a door open for a stranger, compliment someone on his or her appearance, tell a cashier to have a nice day, let a person know you really appreciate them, call an old friend, just to say hi, give blood, visit a retirement center, help someone today…just a few ways to make someone smile today.
The Raiders’ Stadium in Las Vegas Will Have a Jail and a Courtroom for Unruly Fans?
According to ‘Las Vegas Locally‘, the Raiders’ brand-new stadium will feature retractable doors, a glass-domed roof, a grass field, and a, quote, “small JAIL and COURTROOM for unruly fans.” (???) And that’s just the start. The stadium will have its own “area command” with dedicated officers like the Vegas Strip, and the cops are planning to “make an example” of rowdy fans from the start. Fans who are caught fighting may have their personal seat licenses and season tickets revoked, which would be a big deal to any fan who’s insane enough about football to start brawling with other fans and the police. Believe it or not, this wouldn’t be the first time an NFL team has had a “court” at a stadium. The Philadelphia Eagles had one at the old Veterans Stadium, which, you know also makes sense considering . . . Eagles fans. Coincidentally, Raiders fans were involved in a brawl at a preseason game just this past Saturday against the Rams in Los Angeles.
Did Nicki Minaj Cancel Her Tour Because of Poor Ticket Sales?
NICKI MINAJ was supposed to hit the road with FUTURE next month, but on Tuesday night, the tour was canceled. The official word was that they wanted to, quote, “reevaluate elements of production” and give Nicki more time to rehearse. But there are rumors that it was canned because ticket sales were DISMAL. A source says Nicki was booked into arenas that seat 15,000 to 20,000 people, and she was only selling between about 1,000 and 5,000 tickets per show. She’s also “gone off the rails” because her new album “Queen” debuted in second place to TRAVIS SCOTT’s “Astroworld”. It also had worse first-week numbers than CARDI B, whom she considers a rival. On her Beats 1 show “Queen Radio” this week, Nicki went off on Travis for boosting sales by bundling albums with merchandise . . . something Nicki is ALSO doing. (Nicki’s been beefing with Travis and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner since her #2 debut. Here’s video of Kylie supposedly avoiding Nicki on the “VMA” red carpet.)
